【摘要】 在对社区银行商业模式构成要素进行理论分析的基础上,运用问卷调查、因子分析与主成分分析等方法,构建社区银行商业模式绩效评价模型,发现"兼顾政府公共管理目标"等重要性程度较高的绩效影响因素。同时,运用合肥市社区银行2014年度的基础数据对社区银行商业模式绩效评价模型进行检验,认为该市社区银行商业模式绩效还有提高的空间,据此提供改进社区银行商业模式绩效的相关管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a performance evaluation model for business patterns of community banks is built based on a theoretical analysis of elements of community bank business patterns, using questionnaires,factor analysis and principal component analysis and other methods. It’s found that factors such as taking into account the government’s public management objectives are quite important. At the same time, the model is tested by using the basic 2014 annual data of Hefei Community Bank. The result shows that there is still room for improvement of performance. Accordingly, the management advice to improving performance for community bank business model is provided.更多还原
