稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块热工性能试验研究
Experimental study on thermal performance of concrete hollow block with straw fiber
【摘要】 稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块是一种新型的绿色建筑墙体材料,具有质轻、隔热保温、绿色环保等优点。通过对普通混凝土和不同形状的稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块进行热工性能试验研究,运用建筑传热理论计算出空心砌块的传热系数和热阻。结果表明:稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块相比普通混凝土空心砌块具有更好的隔热保温效果;随着稻草纤维掺量的增加,稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块的隔热保温效果越来越好,最佳稻草纤维掺量为6%,其中丝状稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块的隔热保温效果优于杆状稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块。稻草纤维混凝混凝土作为一种新型绿色建筑墙体材料具有一定应用前景,从而为进一步研究植物纤维混凝土建筑材料提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 The concrete hollow block of straw fiber reinforced is a new type of green building wall materials,has the advantages of light weight,heat insulation,green environmental protection etc.Through the experimental study on the thermal performance of ordinary concrete and different shapes of the straw fiber concrete hollow block,using heat transfer theory to calculate the heat transfer coefficient and the thermal resistance of hollow block.Concluded that straw fiber concrete hollow block compared with the ordinary concrete hollow block has better heat insulation effect;With the increase of content of straw fiber,straw fiber reinforced concrete hollow block the heat insulation effect is better and better,the best straw fiber content of the test was 6%,the straw fiber reinforced concrete hollow block wire insulation effect is better than that of rod like straw fiber concrete hollow block.Straw fiber concrete as a new type of green building wall material has a certain application prospect,so as to provide reference for further study of plant fiber reinforced concrete building materials.
