【摘要】 目的调查护理本科生实习前压力状况及其影响因素,为制订合理应对措施提供依据。方法采用护理本科生实习前压力量表对466名实习前护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生实习前压力总体处于中等水平。压力来源依次为伦理与法律方面压力、职业危害方面压力、就业方面压力、学习与考试方面压力、人际关系方面压力、生活方面压力、环境方面压力。压力具体来源于担心护理差错事故、传染病威胁、患者及家属的暴力行为、担心不能满足患者需求等。性别、在校生活感受影响实习压力。结论学校应针对相应的压力源及影响因素给予指导和帮助,使其能更好更快地适应实习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the stress status of nursing undergraduate students before clinical practice and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide evidences for making reasonable measures. Methods A total of 466 nursing undergraduate students were investigated with a self- designed questionnaire before clinical practice. Results The stress of nursing undergraduate students before clinical practice was at the medium level. The stressors included pressure of ethics and legal aspects,pressure of occupational hazards,employment pressure,study pressure,pressure of interpersonal relationship,life pressure and environmental pressure. The specific stressors were possibility to make mistakes,exposure to contagious diseases,violence from patients and their family,inadequacy to meet patients’ need and so on. Sex and the school life feelings affected stress level. Conclusion Nursing undergraduates students are suffered from medium level of stress. It is recommended to provide guidance and support for them,so that they can adapt to clinical practice easily.更多还原
