【摘要】 目的探讨适用于急诊护士工作过程的质量标准条目,明确急诊护士工作思路及急诊护理质量控制方向。方法将急诊科护士全部工作内容系统地归类出基础一级标准条目10项,再以追踪方法学为理论指导拟定出基础二级标准条目56项,应用Delphi法对32名专家进行两轮函询。结果归类形成急诊护士工作过程质量检查标准,其中一级条目6项,二级条目33项。结论新归类的急诊护士工作过程质量检查标准条目涵盖了急诊护士工作过程中涉及到的全部内容,具有专家积极性、权威性及较高的专家意见一致性,结果可信。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the work process quality standard suitable for emergency nurses,so as to provide basis for the work of emergency nurses and emergency care quality control. Methods Ten first- level indicatars and 56 second- level indicators were identified using tracing methodology. Delphi method was used and consulted 32 clinical nurse specialists or care management specialists with two rounds. Results Emergency nurse working quality standard consisted of 6 first- level indicators and 33 secord- level indicators. Conclusion The new classification items of quality standard of emergency nurses’ working process covers all contents of the work process of emergency nurses,and it has high expert enthusiasm,authoritative expert advice and high consistency.更多还原
