【Abstract】 Belt transport is a convenient,reliable and low-cost transportation system widely used in large-scale mines. The paper takes the crushing system of Pacific mining company as the research subject,focuses on the analysis of weak points for roller wearing and their replacement difficulties,introduces in detail technical scheme of roller replacement and specialized tools preparation. Practice shows that the tool produces a convenient,efficient and safe outcome,saving labor and improving operation efficiency of the crushing system.更多还原
