微波合成棕榈纤维接枝三元共聚高耐盐性吸水树脂的研究

【摘要】 以过硫酸钾为引发剂、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用微波聚合的方法合成了棕榈纤维接枝丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(PF-g-AA/AM/AMPS)高吸水性树脂,对合成条件及性能进行了一系列探究,着重阐述了棕榈纤维在树脂中的作用。最优条件下合成产物的吸水率为1024.32g/g,吸盐水率为106.83g/g,吸水速率达23s,且耐盐性与保水性能良好。

【Abstract】 Superabsorbent palm fiber grafting copolymer were prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylic acid,acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid onto palm fiber under microwave radiation by using K2S2O8 as initiator and N,N-methylenediacrylamide as crosslinker.The effects of synthesis conditions on the performances of copolymer were investigated and enphasised the effect of PF on the water absorption process of resin.Under optimal operating coditions,the absorbability for distillde water and 0.9% NaCl solution were 1024.32g/g and 106.83g/g respectively.0.5g product absorbed 50 mL water which at least need 23 s.With the addition of non-ionic hydrophilic materials and PF,the salttolerant property and water-retention ability had aobvious progess.
