混凝土自锚式悬索桥主缆成桥线形施工控制研究
Construction Control Research for Self-anchored Concrete Suspension Bridge Cable Curve Construction
【摘要】 自锚式悬索桥的主梁采用钢筋混凝土加劲梁结构,提高了桥梁整体的刚度,抗风抗振能力增强,施工对周围环境影响小,是城市景观桥梁的一个很好的方案。根据这种桥型的力学特性,推导了主缆成桥线形目标函数,并考虑柔性结构在荷载作用下的非线性位移、主缆自重作用下的垂度、温度等的影响用有限元空间分析模型计算成桥线形状态,结合固镇县浍河二桥工程实例分析了计算结果与施工监测值。目标函数计算简单,精度能满足工程施工需要,具有工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 The self-anchored suspension bridge main girder reinforced concrete stiffening girder structure,improve the overall stiffness of the bridge,wind vibration capacity enhancement,construction of small impact on the surrounding environment,is a good program cityscape of the bridge. Based on the mechanical characteristics of this type of bridge,derived main cable shape of the objective function,and consider the nonlinear flexible structure displacement under load,the influence of the main Curve under its own weight sag,temperature,etc. Using finite element space bridge linear analysis model to calculate the state,combined Guzhen Huihe bridge project examples analyzed the results and monitoring the value of the construction. The objective function calculation is simple,the accuracy can meet the construction needs,with engineering application value.
