【摘要】 北魏是鲜卑人建立的一个王朝。北魏时期自然灾害频发,对当时社会经济造成很大影响。北魏地处中国北方,旱灾影响最为严重,其次是低温冻害和水灾。加之北魏处于寒冷期,灾害影响比较严重。北魏统治者为了维护自身统治,不得不尽力救灾。北魏救灾措施比之于西晋、十六国诸王朝来说有相当大的进步。北魏作为少数民族政权,在多数情况下尽力尽责地救灾,有效地维护了社会稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Northern Wei Dynasty is a dynasty established by xianbei. The Northern Wei Dynasty suffered from frequent natural disasters,which had a great impact on the social economy at that time. Northern Wei is located in the north,and drought is the most serious,followed by low temperature freezing and flood. In order to maintain their rule,the Northern Wei Dynasty rulers tried to rescue. The disaster relief measures than in the Western Jin Dynasty,the sixteen dynasties in China has considerable progress.
