【摘要】 辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。科学高效地开展学生骨干培养工作,是思政教育工作的重要课题。针对目前学生骨干培养工作中主要存在教育内容不详、管理制度不实、服务重视不够等问题,辅导员应从三方面着手:要明确教育、管理、服务三大职责;树立生命、生存、生长三生理念;处理好传承与创新、抓大与放小、严管与宽理三个关系,从而提高学生骨干培养工作效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for College Students.How to carry out the training of the student leader effectively is an important subject in the ideological and political education.Main problems existing in the cultivation of the students leaders are as follows,education content is blurred;management system is not stable;emphasis was not paid adequately.The paper proposes the countermeasures of improving the student leader training effectively,making clear of the responsibilities of counselors(education,management,service);setting up the concept of training(more focus on the students’ life,survival and growth),handling three relations(inheritance and innovation,invigorate major aspects while relaxing control over small ones,strict management and wide processing),so as to enhance the productivity of student leader training.更多还原
