【Abstract】 Quercetin is a typical flavonol-type flavonoid and is present in a variety of plants, with a variety of biological activities and high medicinal value. However, phase Ⅱ metabolites of quercetin circulate in the bloodstream resulting from first-pass metabolism after extravascular administration. Therefore, the active principle of quercetin remains controversial. In the current mini-review, the authors review the pharmacological studies published in English on quercetin phase Ⅱ metabolites, which would provide useful information for further research and rational clinical use of quercetin.更多还原
