【Abstract】 Having conquest of Central Asia,the Tsarist Russia has established a direct or indirect rule in Central Asia. Direct rule was realized in the form of setting up the governor- general area of the grassland and the governor- general of Turkestan border region; indirect rule went through the form of establishing protective country implements. The Tsarist Russia’s rule is the nature of a colonial or semi- colonial rule,and its politics,economy,and culture are marked by the colonial or semi- colonial features in Central Asian region.更多还原
