固体火箭发动机药柱数控整形系统的研制
Development of trimming system of propellant grain for solid rocket motors
【摘要】 从机加推进剂药柱本质安全的角度,提出了切削线速度恒定、断屑、小功率的铣削方式。采用龙门式三坐标测量仪为机体,DCC多轴运动控制器+Parker驱动单元+在线监测仪系统+专用铣削机头等单项技术集成,创新性研制出防爆、远距离数控铣削整形装置。利用对刀器校准铣刀的触发测头系统,实现了不需人工调整工件,铣削机头与燃烧室相对找平对中,解决大型发动机药柱整形内形面同心难题。经假药发动机药柱整形试验,加工精度、圆柱度和药型面粗糙度满足技术要求;冷却、摄像、测温装置工作正常,考核了铣削整形发动机药柱的工艺安全性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the safety requirements to trim propellant grains,the milling method with a constant cutting speed,chip breaking and small power was presented. The trimming system uses gantry three coordinate measuring instrument for the body,adopting new technology integration of DCC multi-axis motion controller plus Parker drive unit plus online monitor system plus a special milling cutter head. Using trigger probe instrument calibration system of milling cutter,a special milling cutter head and combustion chamber are levelled and aligned relatively in a coordinate system without manual adjustment of the workpiece,which resolves the problem of concentric inner surface of trimming propellant grain for large motors. Using simulation test of the inert propellant grain,the processing accuracy of dimensions,cylindrical degree and propellant surface roughness meet the technical specifications; cooling,camera and temperature measuring device work properly. The process safety of trimming system of propellant grain was examined for solid rocket motors.
