【摘要】 目的:分析甘肃不同地域伏毛铁棒锤中乌头碱及3-乙酰乌头碱的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Gemini-Nx-C₁₈柱（5μm,4.6 mm×250m m）,以乙腈:0.2%碳酸氢铵溶液（55:45）为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长230 nm,柱温:30℃进行检测。结果:乌头碱线性范围为:19.20⁵7.55μg/m L,平均加样回收率为101.30%,（RSD=2.34%）;3-乙酰乌头碱线性范围为:4.8⁵0μg/m L,平均加样回收率为100.67%（RSD=0.77%）。结论:该法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于伏毛铁棒锤中乌头碱及3-乙酰乌头碱的含量测定及差异分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the content difference of aconitine and 3-Acetyla conitine in Fu Mao Tie Bang Chui（aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz） in different areas of Gansu Province. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was used on Gemini-Nx-C₁₈（5 μm, 4.6 mm ×250 mm） chromatographic column with acetonitrile,0.2% ammonium bicarbonate solution（55:45） as mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 230 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Results: Linearity range of aconitine was 19.20 ⁵7.55μg/m L while average recovery was 101.30%（RSD=2.34%）; Linearity range of 3-Acetyla conitine was 4.8⁵0 μg/m L while average recovery was 100.67%（RSD=0.77%）. Conclusion: The method is fast and handy while the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used in the determination of content and variation analysis on aconitine and 3-Acetyla conitine in Fu Mao Tie Bang Chui.更多还原
