【摘要】 Vav1基因在免疫细胞的分化与成熟过程中发挥重要作用。近来发现Vav1与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切,Vav1不仅通过激活Rho GTP酶诱导肿瘤的发生,而且还通过激活细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)以及调节自分泌因子CSF-1等促进肿瘤的发展。笔者就Vav1结构、功能及在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vav1 plays a pivotal role in the differentiation and mature of immune cells.Recent studies have revealed that Vav1 has an intimate relationship with tumors,Vav1 not only through activation of Rho GTP enzyme induces tumor occurrence,but also through activation of cyclin D1 protein(cyclin D1),nuclear factor kappa B(NF-B) and autocrine regulation factor CSF-1 promotes tumor development.In this paper,Vav1 structure,functions and research progress in tumor are reviewed.更多还原
