【摘要】 目的:根据口腔科治疗过程构建患者护理安全质量评价指标。方法:通过文献检索法、专家小组讨论,拟定护理安全质量评价指标内容和定义,使用德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询法,筛选和修订指标,构建口腔门诊患者护理安全质量评价指标。结果:经过两轮函询,专家意见趋于一致。两轮问卷回收率均为100%,协调系数分别为0.237、0.258(P<0.01)。初步构建的口腔门诊患者护理安全质量评价指标包括5项一级指标,即围治疗期安全宣教执行率、防护措施执行情况、口腔软组织损伤发生率、误吞/误吸发生率、跌倒/坠椅发生率。结论:该评价指标具有较高的科学性、可靠性和可行性,为提高口腔门诊患者护理安全,改善护理行为提供客观、可量化的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the preliminary construction of nursing care safety index based on the process of dental treatment.Methods:Through literature review and experts’ group discussion,the authors designed the preliminary construction of nursing care safety quality index.Then Delphi method was used to revise the indicators.Results:After two rounds of Delphi procedure,the opinion of the experts became consistent.Questionnaire collecting rates of the two rounds were both 100%,and cooperation index were 0.237 and 0.258 respectively(P<0.01).Five quality indicators were confirmed,including health education rate,implementation rate of protective measures,incidence of oral soft tissue injuries,incidence of ingestion/aspiration,and incidence of fall/dropping from chair.Conclusion:The nursing care safety quality index in dental clinic was scientific,reliable,and feasible,which could provide basis for improvement of nursing safetv in dental clinic.更多还原
