改性沥青高温指标与混合料动稳定度的关系

【摘要】 选择8种道路工程中常用的改性沥青,测试了它们的软化点、动力黏度、车辙因子临界温度(TG*/sinδ)、改进车辙因子临界温度(TG*/(sinδ)9)、黏性剪切劲度模量(Gv)和零剪切黏度等高温指标,以改性沥青为胶结料成型混合料试件,再分别进行了车辙试验,采用灰熵分析法对改性沥青各高温指标与对应混合料动稳定度的关系进行了研究。研究表明:改性沥青的60℃Gv与混合料动稳定度的灰熵关联度最高,能较准确地评价改性沥青的高温抗车辙性能。研究结果可为夏季炎热地区改性沥青的合理选择提供参考。

【Abstract】 Eight types modified asphalts commonly used in the road engineering are selected,and their high-temperature indicators including softening point,dynamic viscosity,the critical temperature of rutting factor(TG*/sinδ),the critical temperature of improved rutting factor(TG*/(sinδ)9),viscous shear stiffness module(Gv),and zero shear viscosity are measured.By using these modified asphalts as cements,mixture specimens are formed to conduct rutting tests.The correlation between the hightemperature indicator of modified asphalt and the dynamic stability of its mixture is analyzed by the grey relation entropy method.The results indicate that the Gvvalue of modified asphalt at 60℃ shows a good grey entropy correlation degree with the dynamic stability of its mixture,and it can more accurately evaluate the high-temperature rut resistance of modified asphalt.This study will provide some reference for reasonably choosing modified asphalts in summer hot areas.
