考核方式改革对高校思想政治理论课教学实效性的影响探析
【摘要】 近年来,不少高校纷纷通过"以考促教"和"以考促学"的考核方式改革来实现思想政治理论课教学实效性的提升。论文在理论分析和实践考察教学实效性与考核方式改革的基础上,提出考核方式改革通过改革激励机制刺激课堂活力、促进师生互动等方面对教学实效性提升起到了积极作用,但不能期待过高,需要通过系统化的配套改革加以深化。
【Abstract】 More and more colleges have reformed their evaluation system to advance the effectiveness of teaching of ideological and political courses in recent years. On the basis of theory analysis and case studies, this paper argues that the reform is helpful by reforming incentive rules. This paper finds that the reform is just one side of the whole reform and it has its own shortcomings. We should take more steps to further deepen the reform.
