弧形锯齿进口导流罩对轴流风扇性能的影响
Influence of Shroud With Curve Serrated Inlet on Performance of Axial Flow Fan
【摘要】 本文应用LES/FW-H方法,研究了在导流罩入口采用弧形锯齿结构的半开式轴流风扇的气动声学性能。研究结果表明,采用弧形锯齿进口的周向非等宽导流罩可减小叶尖涡影响区域,降低叶尖涡强度。导流罩进口结构的变化对叶尖涡涡心轨迹有一定影响,弧形锯齿进口导流罩使得叶尖涡轨迹更远离轴心,随着弧形锯齿数目的增加,其叶尖涡轨迹越远离轴心。半开式轴流风扇的总噪声和导流罩的声辐射特性密切相关,采用弧形锯齿进口导流罩可降低风扇气动噪声,其中出口轴线方向可降低3 dB以上,且在一定范围内随着弧形锯齿数目的增加降噪程度越明显。
【Abstract】 In this paper,LES/FW-H was applied in researching aero-acoustic performance of half-ducted axial flow fan with curve serrated inlet.The results show that using unequal width shroud with curve serrated inlet can decrease the tip vortex region and reduce the strength of tip vortex.Inlet of the shroud has some influence on tip vortex core trail.Shroud with curve serrated inlet make the trail of tip vortex more far away from axis.With the increasing number of curve serration,the trails of tip vortex are more far away from axis.The overall noise of half-ducted axial flow fan is closely related to the acoustic radiation characteristics of shroud.Using shroud with curve serrated inlet can reduce fan noise.It can reduce more than 3 dB at the downstream of axis direction.With the increasing number of curve serration,the noise reduction level is more obvious.
