成花素基因FT及其调控机制研究进展

【摘要】 植物开花时间调控是关系作物产量形成的关键因素之一,而成花素FT基因是最重要的开花促进基因。FT不仅是开花各个途径的关键整合子,还参与其他重要发育过程:例如促进气孔开放、花发育、块茎和鳞茎的生长。在长期进化过程中,FT基因的序列虽然发生了变化,但是开花功能相当保守;同时,在不同物种间FT基因的功能又具有明显的多样性。而FT基因的调控在进化过程中适应物种的发育和生态特点,表现出FT调控机制在生物节律、组织特异性、发育上的特异性。本综述简要介绍FT基因的功能及其调控在物种间的保守性和多样性,以期展示FT基因研究的最新概貌。

【Abstract】 Regulation of the Flowering time was one of the most important factors in controlling crop yield, and florigen gene FT was the most important gene that promoted the flowering of the plants. FT was not only a key integration of multipling flowering pathways, but also involved in other important developmental progresses. For example, FT promoted the opening of the stoma, development of the flower, growth of tubers and bulbs. During the process of long-term evolution, the sequence of FT gene had a large variation, but its flowering function was highly conserved. At the same time the function of FT gene among different species had obvious diversity. And regulation mechanism of FT gene showed the specificity in biological rhythm, tissue specificity and development through adapting the development of species and ecological characteristics in the process of evolution. In order to show the lastest research of FT gene, we briefly summarized the functions of FI gene, and its regulation in the conservation and diversity between the species, in order to showed the latest research progress of FT gene.
