【摘要】 目的回顾性分析辨证施膳与肠息肉术后复发率间的关系,探讨辨证施膳降低肠息肉术后复发率的效果。方法对我院2009年1月—2013年10月收治的1 867例需进行肠息肉切除手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照数字抽签法原则将1 867例患者分为观察组985例与对照两组882例。观察组患者于术后严格执行辨证施膳,而对照组患者则按常规方式施膳。观察两组患者术后两年内肠息肉的复发情况,比较各证型肠息肉复发率与施膳饮食间的关系,并分析辨证施膳对各证型肠息肉术后复发率的影响。结果观察组术后2年内的肠息肉复发率为9.64%,对照组为20.98%。观察组明显低于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肠息肉中医宏观辨证分型中,观察组施膳调理对不同证型息肉复发率的影响效果明显优于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证施膳饮食调护的患者肠息肉术后的复发率明显降低,并且辨证施膳对各证型肠息肉术后预防复发的效果也显著优于常规施膳,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the dialectical relationship between the meal and the recurrence rate of intestinal polyp after operation,and to study the effect to reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative intestinal polyps by dialectical diet.Method The clinical data of 1867 patients with intestinal polyps who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to January 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the digital lottery method principle,1867 patients were divided into observation and control groups.985 patients in observation group was given strictly dialectic board.882 patients in control group was given conventional methods of feed.The recurrence of intestinal polyps were observed in the two groups after two years,Comparison of various types of intestinal polyp recurrence rate and the relationship between diet.Dialectical analysis of effects of diet on the recurrence rate of the syndrome of postoperative intestinal polyps.Results The recurrence rate of intestinal polyps after 2years was 9.64%for observation group and 20.98%for control group.There was significant difference between the two group(P <0.05).In intestinal polyps macroscopic syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine classification,the observation group was meat conditioning effect on the influence of different type the polyp recurrence rate is better than the control group.Compared the two groups,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).In TCM syndrome differentiation of macroscopic intestinal polyps in the observation group,the effect on polyp recurrence rate by application of dietary conditioning was significantly better than of the the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The dialectical meal nursing will remarkably reduce postoperative recurrence rate of intestinal polyps.The preventive effect for recurrence of various types of intestinal polyps after surgery is significantly better than the conventional catering facilities,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.更多还原
