三相PWM整流器最少空间矢量脉宽调制策略

【摘要】 传统三相PWM整流器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略需要对6个非零电压矢量和2个零电压矢量进行调制,开关切换序列较复杂,且开关损耗较大。在对三相PWM整流器的切换线性系统模型及其能控性研究的基础上,指出只需3个非零电压矢量和零电压矢量参与调制便可使得整流器系统状态完全可控。在此基础上,提出了一种三相PWM整流器的最少空间矢量脉宽调制策略(MSVPWM),实现了电压电流双闭环控制。与传统的空间矢量调制策略相比,在载波频率和输出电压相同的情况下,利用所提出的最少空间矢量脉宽调制策略,可使整流器功率管的开关次数减少2/3,从而简化了控制系统设计,有效降低了开关损耗,提高了系统效率。仿真实验验证了所提出调制策略的正确性与可行性。

【Abstract】 The traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) strategy for three-phase PWMrectifier requires the 6 non-zero voltage vectors and 2 zero voltage vector. Therefore its switch sequence is more complex,with bigger switching loss. Based on analysis of the switch linear system model of three-phase PWMrectifier and its controllability,a new kind of minimum space vector pulse width modulation strategy(MSVPWM) for three-phase PWM rectifier is put forward to realize the system function. The proposed MSVPWM strategy only needs to modulate 3 non-zero space vectors and 1 zero space vector. Under the same carrier frequency and the output voltage,the switch times of power tubes in MSVPWM strategy is reduced by 2/3 compared with the traditional SVPWM strategy. Hence,the control system of three-phase PWM rectifier is simplified,while switching loss is effectively reduced and the system efficiency is improved. Simulation results demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed modulation strategy.
