猪瘟、猪蓝耳病不同免疫程序对猪血液指标和料重比的影响
Effect of different immune process of CSF and PRRS on blood index and ratio of feed to gain in pig
【摘要】 为研究猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)、猪蓝耳病(Porcine Reproductive and RespiratorySyndrome,PRRS)不同免疫程序对猪血液指标和料重比的影响。选取36头断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组2个重复。A组先免疫猪瘟间隔7 d后免疫蓝耳,B组反之,C组同时分点免疫。分别于免疫后第10、20、30、40、50、60、70 d进行前腔静脉采血分析血常规,并记录计算料重比。结果表明:13组平均白细胞数和淋巴细胞比例均在第30 d左右达到峰值,并且A组和C组分别显著高于B组(P<0.01),其他指标各组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2料重比结果A组最低,C组其次,B组最高。由此可见,A组也就是先免疫猪瘟间隔7 d后免疫蓝耳病疫苗的猪血液指标和料重比最好。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of different immune processes of CSF and PRRS on blood indexand ratio of feed to gain in pig. 36 weaned piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups with 2 repli-cates. Group A first immunize the piglets against CSF and 7 days later against PRRS. Group B is in re-verse. Group C immunize the piglets against CSF and PRRS at different locations at the same time.Blood samples were taken from cranial vena cava once every 9 days during 70 days after immunizationfor determining blood routine examination. Record and calculate the ratio of feed to gain.The resultsshowed: 1The average number of white blood cells and lymphocytes in the three groups reached thepeak at about thirtieth days. Group A and C were significantly higher than Group B(P<0.01). Therewere no significant differences in other indicators among the three groups(P>0.05). 2The ratio of feedto gain group A was the best, then group C and group B the poorest.In conclusion, blood index and ra-tio of feed to gain in pig of group A that first immunize the piglets against CSF and 7 days lateragainst PRRS was the best.
