不同微生物添加剂组合对甘蔗尾青贮品质影响

【摘要】 为了研究黑曲霉(AN)单独添加和组合热带假丝酵母(CT)、枯草芽孢杆菌(BS)、植物乳杆菌(LAP)以及布氏乳杆菌(LAB)对甘蔗尾青贮品质影响,试验分12组。对照组(C)不添加添加剂;Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅲ1、Ⅳ组分别添加20 ml/kg鲜重AN、AN+CT+BS、AN+CT+BS+LAP、AN+CT+BS+LAB菌液;Ⅰ2、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ2组分别在Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅲ1组基础上添加0.5%尿素;Ⅴ1、Ⅴ2、Ⅴ3组分别添加10、20、30 ml/kg鲜重AN+CT+BS+LAP+LAB菌液;Ⅴ4在Ⅴ2基础上添加0.5%尿素。结果显示:1单独添加AN或者联合其它菌对NDF、ADF含量影响不显著;2与对照相比,Ⅳ组乙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05),乳酸含量有所降低,而其他组乳酸含量显著升高(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组有氧稳定性为各组最高;3添加尿素使p H值上升,提高NDF和CP含量,评分有所降低。各微生物添加剂组合处理甘蔗尾青贮效果均达到1级水平,AN的添加对NDF和ADF降低效果有限,含LAB组合有氧稳定性均有所升高。

【Abstract】 This trial were conducted to investigate the effects of Aspergillus niger or combine with Can-dida tropicalis, Bacillus subtilis, Lactobasillus buchneri, Lactobacillus plantarum on quality of sugar-cane tops silage. The 12 additive treatments were: Silages with no additives served as control;GroupⅠ1, Ⅱ1, Ⅲ1, Ⅳ were treated with AN, AN+CT+BS, AN+CT+BS+LAP, AN+CT+BS+LAB at 20 ml/kg re-spectively; GroupⅠ2, Ⅱ2, Ⅲ2 were treated with 0.5% urea at the basic of Ⅰ1, Ⅱ1, Ⅲ1 respectively;Group Ⅴ1, Ⅴ2, Ⅴ3 were treated with 10, 20, 30 ml/kg AN+CT+BS+LAP+LAB respectively, Ⅴ4 weretreated with 0.5% urea at the basic of Ⅴ2. 1There are no effect of AN or combine with other inocu-lant on levels of NDF and ADF applying to sugarcane tops silage; 2Compare to control, the concentra-tion of acetic acid increased significantly(P<0.05), the concentration of lactic acid decreased significant-ly(P<0.05) while others groups increased significantly(P<0.05); 3Treated with 0.5% urea had signifi-cantly higher levels of p H, DNF, CP. The grade of evalution for the quality of silage were grade 1 in allgroups, and there are no effect of AN on levels of NDF and ADF applying to sugarcane tops silage, theaerobic stability of sugarcane tops silage were improved treated with microbial inoculants contain LAB.
