【摘要】 2015年,国内外结核病预防控制、基础和临床方面的研究取得了重大进展。世界卫生组织相继出台了一系列结核病相关的技术策略和指南。各国学者在结核病预防控制方面也积极开展了诸多探索性的研究工作。结核病分子流行病学、抗结核新药及药物靶点、结核病疫苗、结核分枝杆菌生理生化,以及结核病免疫学等基础研究方面取得了不少成果。结核病临床诊断和治疗方面的研究更是十分活跃。作者将就上述内容予以概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both at home and abroad,prevention and control,and essential and clinical researches of tuberculosis(TB)were tremendously developed in 2015.All a serial of strategies and guidance related to TB were set out by WHO.Researchers also take active part in exploration and studies regarding the prevention and control of TB.There are many findings in terms of TB molecular epidemiology,new drug and its target,TB vaccine,and immunology.Studies on diagnosis and treatment of TB achieve even more valuable success.This paper will outline the contents of the above.更多还原
