【摘要】 精准医学发展迅速,精准预防是未来的医学发展方向。结核病是全球的重大公共卫生问题之一,我国是全球第三大结核病高负担国家。作者从精准结核病诊断、治疗和预防环节入手,描述了实施现状,阐释了精准医学的应用和重要性,认为精准结核病防治将会进一步提高结核病患者治愈率,减少耐药产生,加强和完善我国的结核病防治措施,确保2015年后全球结核病预防、治疗和控制策略目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Precision Medicine is developing rapidly,and precision disease prevention is the development direction of medicine in the future.Tuberculosis(TB)is one of the major public health concerns worldwide.China has the third highest TB burden globally.The implementation status was described from precise diagnosis,treatment and prevention of TB,the application and importance of precision medicine in the fields mentioned were explained.Precise TB control and prevention can further increase the cure rate of TB and decrease drug resistance,strengthen and improve the TB control and prevention measures in China,in order to ensure the achievement of the goal of the End TB Strategy.更多还原
