不同喷淋层布置的脱硫塔流场优化数值模拟

【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法,对某电厂300 MW机组脱硫塔喷淋层的多种预布置方案进行了流场模拟,发现并展示了脱硫塔内部流场的不均匀性。为将塔内流场调节均匀,在所建立的数值模拟模型上对几种设想的喷淋层布置方案进行了尝试、比较和筛选。最终结果表明,通过增加一层喷淋层,改装壁面附近的喷嘴加大局部喷淋量,可以很好的将流场调节均匀,并避免了烟气沿脱硫塔壁面的逃逸现象,从而能够进一步提高脱硫塔的脱硫效率,达到较为理想的脱硫效果。

【Abstract】 Adopting the numerical calculation method, the flow field of 300 MW wet flue gas desulfurization(W FGD) under different spray levels operation is simulated, and inhomogeneity of the flow field in the FGD is obtained. To adjust the flow field in the tower to an ideal state, several assumptions of spray layers’ layout scheme are simulated and compared on the basis of the proposed numerical simulation model. Final results show that, by adding a layer of spray and modifying nozzles near the wall to increasing topical spraying volume, the flow field can be adjusted well and airflow escape near the wall can be avoided. And then, the desulfurization efficiency of FGD can be increased, achieving an ideal effect of desulfurization.
