【摘要】 目的:总结睾丸扭转超声声像图的特点,提高超声首诊正确率,减少因漏诊、误诊所导致的睾丸切除。方法:对25例睾丸扭转患者高频彩超表现特点进行分析与总结。结果:25例患者均经手术证实为睾丸扭转,其中4例手术中手法复位后血供有所恢复,避免了切除睾丸。结论:睾丸扭转后因缺血的原因睾丸组织发生坏死,睾丸切除率居高不下。通过二维联合彩色多普勒技术,对睾丸及附睾位置、精索形态及合并症等多方面的观察能减少误诊、漏诊,对抢救睾丸有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv:To summarize the sonographic features of testicular torsion, improve the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis, and avoid orchiectomy caused by misdiagnosis. Methods:Analyzed and summarized testicular torsion ultrasonographic characteristics of 25 patients.Results: 25 patients were confirmed as testicular torsion by surgery, 4 patients of which had hand- restoration in the surgery.The blood-supply of testicle have been restored so that avoided to remove the testicles. Conclusions: Testicular torsion cause testicular tissue ischemia necrosis, orchiectomy rate is high.Two-dimensional uniting color doppler technology can provide a wide range of observation of testis and epididymis position, spermatic morphology and comorbidities,which can reduce the misdiagnosis of testicular torsion.It is significant for treatment of testicular torsion.更多还原
