2015年全国碘缺乏病实验室网络质控考核结果分析

【摘要】 目的评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘、尿碘和水碘检测能力。方法盐碘用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。尿碘和水碘采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学评价,Z分值的公议值来自参加考核的实验室。结果参加考核的省级实验室全部合格;地市级实验室盐碘检测的合格率是98.3%(341/347),尿碘检测的合格率94.6%(334/353),水碘检测的合格率95.7%(333/348);县级实验室盐碘检测的合格率是97.0%(1764/1819),尿碘检测的合格率94.9%(203/214),水碘检测的合格率96.7%(88/91)。结论本次质控结果表明,全国各级实验室盐碘、尿碘和水碘检测能力均保持较高水平,只有少数地(市)实验室和县级实验室考核结果不合格。因此今后碘缺乏病实验室质量控制工作的重点是继续提高地市级和县级实验室的检测能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the testing ability for salt iodine, urinary iodine and water iodine of labs which take part in the External Independent Quality Assurance Programs for IDD labs across China. Methods Using reference value ± uncertainty to evaluate the testing results of salt iodine. The testing results on urinary iodine and water iodine of all the participatory labs were evaluated by using standard Z score generated from labs participating in the examination. Results All 31 provincial laboratories were qualified in the proficiency testing. At prefecture level, qualified rate of salt iodine detection was 98. 3 %( 341 /347), qualified rate of urinary iodine was 94. 6 %( 334 /353), and water iodine was 95. 7 %( 333 /348). At county level, qualified rate of salt iodine detection was 97. 0 %( 1764 /1819), qualified rate of urinary iodine was 94. 9 %( 203 /214), and water iodine was96. 7%( 88 /91). Conclusions The results of the quality control showed that the testing ability of all levels of laboratory was maintained at a high level. Only testing results from a few laboratories at prefecture level and county level were unqualified. So it will be the key work that the testing ability of laboratories at prefecture level and county level is improved constantly in the future.
