电网与用户双向互动数据资产管理研究
Research on the Data Asset Management of Power Grid and User Interaction
【摘要】 为了提高电力企业数据资产管理水平,针对数据质量较低及管控能力较弱的问题,将数据管理成熟度模型(Data Management Maturity,DMM)应用于电网与用户双向互动数据资产管理中。文章分别从业务术语、元数据管理、数据需求定义和数据生命周期管理4方面对数据资产管理进行阐述,设计出电网与用户双向互动元数据模型,并应用于大营销主题域。实际应用表明,DMM能够有效发现数据资产管理过程中的薄弱环节,为资产管理能力提升提供清晰的路径。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of low data quality and weak management and control ability, improve the level of power enterprise data asset management, Data Management Maturity(DMM) is applied to the data asset management of power grid and user interaction. This paper describes the data asset management from four aspects, business term, metadata management, data requirement defi nition and data lifecycle management. Power grid and user interactive metadata model is designed and applied to the major marketing theme area. The practical application shows that DMM can effectively fi nd the weak link in the process of data asset management, and provide a clear path for enhancing the asset management ability.
