【Abstract】 Based on the research and comparison between h and g index firstly,the paper mainly focuses on analysis of papers of Chinese and foreign scientific research personnel index changes throughout the years,summarizes the regularity of them and discusses relevant advantages and disadvantages.It also makes analysis on the individual researchers focusing on the annual variation of h index trend.更多还原
