中国散裂中子源小型非直冷式低温恒温器技术
Compact cryostat technology of indirect cooling for China spallation neutron source
【摘要】 中国散裂中子源(CSNS)中国自主建设的第一台散裂中子源,CSNS一期工程需设计并配置3套以上的小型低温恒温器。介绍了CSNS小型非直冷式低温恒温器及系统设计、系统控制设计以及测试结果,获得了该恒温器内真空腔的真空度、样品管氦气压力与温度之间的变化关系,为低温恒温器的设计和在CSNS应用中的运行维护提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 China spallation neutron source( CSNS) is the first spallation neutron source of independent construction. Low-temperature environment is very important for different neutron spectrometers used in multi-disciplinary fields. More than three compact cryostats are needed in the first phase of CSNS project.This paper mainly descrides the system design,system control design and test results of compact indirectly cooling cryostat in CSNS. Relationships of the cryostat chamber’s vacuum degree and the pressure of sample tube with temperature in the cryostat are studied. It provides a theoretical basis for the design,operation and maintenance of the cryostats for CSNS application.
