基于调度与变电站一体化系统的分布式故障诊断

【摘要】 随着智能电网的快速发展,智能变电站数据量不断增长,数据处理能力不断增强,推动故障诊断技术逐步朝分布式方向发展。基于统一平台技术的调度与变电站一体化系统采用了分布式故障诊断的设计,在变电站建立基于故障逻辑描述语言建模和模型驱动式故障推理的故障诊断专家系统,与调控中心主站的综合智能告警通过广域服务总线实现协同互动、信息共享。实践表明,基于调度与变电站一体化系统的分布式故障诊断能够满足调控运行人员快速、可靠地处理变电站故障告警的需求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the smart grid,the steady increase in smart substation data amount,and the everenhancing of data processing capability,effort is made to push fault diagnosing technique towards the distributed mode.The design of distributed fault diagnosing is adopted for the dispatch and substation integrated system based on the unified platform technique.A fault diagnosing expert system based on fault logic descriptive language modeling and model-driven fault reasoning is built in the substation,which will achieve coordinated interaction information sharing with the combined intelligent alarm software in the dispatch and control center through the wide area service bus.Practice shows that this system is capable of rapid and reliable handling of the demand for processing of fault alarm by the operator in the dispatching and control center.
