【摘要】 目的:研究降钙素(PCT)与多发伤严重程度及评分(ISS)相关性。方法:选择2013年5月至2015年10月我院收治的80例多发伤严重患者作为研究对象,根据ISS入院创伤严重程度评分,将80例患者分成轻微创伤组(L-ISS)与重伤组(H-ISS),轻微创伤ISS评分均小于16分,重伤组创伤评分均大于16分。两组患者在创伤后24h内进行血降钙素原(PCT)的检测,对比两组患者降钙素原与多发伤严重程度及ISS评分的相关性。结果:重伤组PCT评分明显比轻微创伤组高,重伤组ICU时间与机械通风时间均长于轻微创伤组,轻微创伤组病死率也明显低于重伤组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:降钙素(PCT)与多发伤严重程度有着密切的关系,会直接影响ISS评分,具有良好相关性,可见,降钙素能作为多发伤患者预后重要评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between calcitonin(PCT) and multiple injury severity and score(ISS).Methods: From May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital 80 cases of multiple trauma severe patients as research subjects,according to ISS hospitalized trauma severity score,80 patients were divided into mild trauma group(L-ISS) and injured group(H-ISS),minor trauma ISS score less than 16 points,injured group trauma score greater than 16 points.Both groups were performed within 24 h post-traumatic blood procalcitonin(PCT),the comparison of two groups of calcitonin in patients with primary and multiple trauma severity and ISS score correlation.Results:PCT scores injured group was significantly higher than that minor trauma group,injured group mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay was longer than mild trauma group,minor trauma mortality rate was significantly lower than the injured group,a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Calcitonin(PCT) and severe multiple trauma are closely related degree,will directly affect the ISS score,with good correlation,visibility,calcitonin can be used as an important prognostic multiple trauma evaluation.更多还原
