云爆战斗部二次起爆引信抗干扰方法
Anti-interference Technology for Fuze of Twice-detonating FAE Warhead
【摘要】 针对云爆战斗部二次起爆引信静爆试验过程中起爆时间偏差较大的问题,采取提高电路稳压可靠性、增加电缆传输线切断功能及优化电路板布线设计等抗干扰方法,提高了二次起爆引信抗干扰能力,并通过引信系统时序试验、静爆试验验证,结果表明:能够抑制一次起爆所产生的冲击、燃料及爆轰产物叠加产生的复杂场的干扰,解决了时间偏差较大的问题,延时引信时间准确,抗干扰方法有效,提高了起爆引信的作用可靠性。
【Abstract】 In view of twice-detonating fuze delay time occurred in static explosive experiment of FAE,the anti-interference methods including improving voltage stabilizing circuit reliability,increasing cable cutting off function and optimization of circuit board wiring design,etc,were used for improving anti-interference ability of twice-detonating fuze. Through delay time of fuze and static explosive experiment of FAE,the results show that anti-interference method is effective on restraining interference from first-detonating shock,fuel and detonation products,and solves the problem of time deviation. Time delay fuze is accurate,anti-interference methods are effective,these improves reliability of detonating fuze.
