响应面优化香蕉叶多酚的提取工艺研究
Optimization of Extraction of Polyphenols from Banana Leaves Using Response Surface Methodology
【摘要】 以香蕉叶为原料,利用响应面法对香蕉叶多酚的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上,根据Design Expert 8.05b软件中的Box-Behnken试验进行设计与响应面优化,建立了香蕉叶多酚提取率与各工艺参数的二次多项式模型。结果表明,最佳的香蕉叶多酚提取工艺为:提取温度76℃、乙醇浓度50%、液料比21 m L/g、提取时间100 min,香蕉叶多酚的提取率为44.76 mg/g,与模型方程的最优化预测值相比,相对误差为1.28%,说明该模型的准确、有效。该研究为香蕉叶多酚的综合开发利用提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of polyphenols from Banana leaves. Box-Behnken design in the soft of Design Expert 8. 05 b was used to explore the optimal processing conditions to extract polyphenols from Banana leaves. A second order quadratic equation for polyphenols extraction was obtained. The results show the optimal extraction conditions as follows: extraction temperature 76℃,ethanol concentration 50%,liquid-to-material ratio 21 m L / g and time 100 min.The yield of Polyphenols can be up to 44. 76 mg / g,the relative error is 1. 28% compared to the predictive value which indicates the feasible model fitted well with the experimental data. The results provide a new scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of polyphenols extraction from Banana leaves.
