链式储能系统共模电流的分析及抑制
Analysis and Suppression of Common-Mode Current for Storage System Based on Cascaded H-Bridge Converter
【摘要】 链式变换器具有适合用于大容量电池储能系统的结构特点,但是,储能电池较低的能量密度以及变换器功率模块与电池柜间较长的直流连接电缆,为链式储能系统引入了不可忽略的寄生参数,从而导致较大的共模电流,危及功率器件的安全。本文首先建立链式变换器的简化模型,分析链式变换器中共模电压通路及共模电流路径,并估算共模电流峰值,研究链式储能系统共模电流的抑制方法;最后通过仿真和实验验证了分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 Cascaded H-bridge converter is suitable for battery energy storage system. However, bulky batteries and long dc cables, which connect power modules with battery cabinets, introduce significant parasitic parameters into cascaded H-bridge battery energy storage system. As a result, large common-mode current emerges and endangers the safety of power devices. Firstly, this paper builds the simplified model of cascaded H-bridge converter and analyzes the common mode voltage. Then the common-mode current paths are analyzed and the peak value of common-mode current is estimated. The methods of common-mode current suppression for cascaded H-bridge battery energy storage system are discussed in the end. Simulation and experimental results verify the analysis.
