无溶剂聚氨酯弹性涂料的制备及性能

【摘要】 采用两步法,先用4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)与聚合物二元醇制得预聚体,然后与聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂混合,制备了无溶剂聚氨酯弹性涂料。讨论了聚合物二元醇种类、预聚体异氰酸酯(─NCO)含量、交联剂用量以及扩链系数R[即n(─NCO)/n(─NH)]对涂膜断裂伸长率、拉伸强度以及邵氏硬度的影响。结果表明,聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)弹性体较软,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)偏硬,聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)力学性能优良。当─NCO含量为8.5%,交联剂用量0.3%,R取1.04,以PCL1000作为软段时,涂膜的综合性能最佳:涂层与钢材的附着力达10.6 MPa,与混凝土的附着力为4.5 MPa,紫外老化试验1 000 h无粉化,中性盐雾试验90 d无锈蚀。

【Abstract】 Solvent-free polyurethane elastic coatings were prepared by a two-step method: prepolymer was made firstly by dicyclohexyl-methane-4,4′-diisocyanate(HMDI) and polymeric diol, and then mixed with polyaspartate resin. The effects of different polymeric diols, ─NCO content of prepolymer, crosslinker amount and chain extension coefficient R, i.e. molar ratio of ─NCO to ─NH, on the tensile strength, elongation at break and Shore scleroscope hardness of coating were discussed. The results showed that the elastomer prepared with polypropylene glycol(PPG) is too soft, that prepared with polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMG) is too rigid, and the one prepared with polycaprolactone diol(PCL) has good mechanical properties. The coating prepared from a prepolymer having a ─NCO content of 8.5% when using PCL1000 as soft segment with crosslinker 0.3% at R = 1.04 has the optimal comprehensive performance: adhesion strength of 10.6 MPa to steel and 4.5 MPa to concrete, no chalking after 1 000 h ultraviolet aging test, and no corrosion after 90 d neutral salt spray test.
