【摘要】 学校环境是青少年成长过程中的重要生活环境,是青少年必须接触的一个近体环境。从学校生态系统角度出发,青少年心理健康受到三个子系统的影响,分别为教师子系统、同伴子系统和学校环境子系统,每个子系统中包含不同的变量和因素。如果学校能对青少年心理健康水平的提高具有积极意义,那么应从整个学校生态系统出发,提高教师素质、改变教育方式、重视同伴关系、营造班级氛围和创建校园文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 School environment is an important surroundings during the adolescent’s growth.It is a proximal environment that they must face up.According to ecological system,the adolescent’s mental health is affected by three subsystems:the teacher subsystem,peer subsystem and school environment subsystem.Every subsystem has different variables and factors.If the school has positive sense on the adolescent’s mental health,it should start from the whole school ecosystem.This includes improving the teacher’s quality,change educational method,emphasis on peer relation,build class environment and construct campus culture.更多还原
