【摘要】 根据土地资源调查与土地利用动态遥感监测应用领域的特点,结合行业标准和技术规范,对KOMPSAT-3卫星数据进行原始影像质量评价,并对正射影像图制作和土地业务应用的关键环节进行试验研究,形成了KOMPSAT-3影像数据处理的技术方法,最后对KOMPSAT-3卫星数据土地业务中的初步应用进行了评价。试验结果表明,KOMPSAT-3卫星数据处理技术简单、高效,数据质量良好,地类识别性较强,能够满足土地领域的精度要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of land resources survey and the dynamic remote sensing monitoring application of land use,combining industry standards and technical specifications,this paper makes a quality evaluation for the original image date of KOMPSAT- 3 Satellite,studies the key link of the production of Ortho- Imagery Map and the application of land operations,forms the technical treating methods for the image date of KOMPSAT- 3,evaluates the preliminary application to the data of KOMPSAT- 3 in land operations. Results show that,the data processing technology of the KOMPSAT- 3 Satellite is simple and efficiency,the quality of the data is well,this technology has a strong recognition on the Types of Land,and it can meet the accuracy requirements of the land area.更多还原
