【Abstract】 It is a hot topic about how to serve students to help them growing up healthily in the Party construction work of secondary school in university under the background of new situation. The general Party branch of Tourism College in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences has gained a series of achievements. It emphasized on two levels to build the learning-oriented Party organization( PO) and focused on three key points to strengthen the foundation of Party works. Then,it also attached great importance to build service-oriented PO by implementing four projects and five measures.
