【摘要】 历史文化街区因保留传统道路空间肌理、包含大量的历史文化资源而具有很高的价值,因此对其保护与改造的意义与责任重大。目前国内对历史街区的保护问题存在一定误区,或持"不动"、"少动"的保守态度,造成建筑遗存保护修缮无人问津,历史街区所具有的价值难以向世人展现的局面;或大肆仿古建设,破坏街区价值。为使历史街区重现生机,沈阳市中山路历史文化街区保护以可持续发展为理念、以动态更新建设为条件,建立起刚柔并举的保护框架,通过选取节点地区着重控制、带动整体复苏,加强运营管理,从空间塑造、功能置换、资金运筹等多角度探索更新改造策略,最终实现历史街区的复兴发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The historic and cultural blocks are of great value as they conserve traditional road space texture and contain tremendous historic and cultural resources, so the significance and responsibility of the protection and reconstruction of these blocks are also quite important. At present, misunderstandings exist in the protection of historic and cultural blocks in China: people either adopt conservative attitude toward the protection by "none touch" or "minimal touch" over the blocks, which leads to the ignorance of necessary protective repair to architectural remains and the holdback of the value of these blocks to people; or, people carry out large scale imitation construction and damage the value of the blocks. In order to revive the historic and cultural blocks, the conservation of Shenyang Zhongshan Road historic and cultural block applies the concept of sustainable development, takes the dynamic renewal construction as the condition, and establishes a rigid and fl exible framework. By selecting key areas for emphasized control to drive the overall recovery, strengthening related operation and management, and exploring the renewal and reform strategy from multiple perspectives including spatial molding, functional replacement, and fund raising, the planning intends to realize the ultimate revival of the historic and cultural block.更多还原
