溶胶凝胶法合成LiFePO4/C复合正极材料
LiFePO4/C Composites Prepared by a Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 以柠檬酸铁(C6H5FeO7)为碳源、无水氢氧化锂(LiOH)和磷酸(H3PO4)为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成LiFePO4/C复合正极材料,并探讨了柠檬酸铁不同浓度、不同搅拌时间与加料顺序对材料结构与性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的结构、形貌进行了表征。通过恒流充放电,循环伏安与交流阻抗对材料的电化学性能进行测试。以此方法制得的LiFePO4/C复合正极材料在0.1C倍率下首次放电比容量为139.4mAh/g,循环50次后,放电比容量仍保持在137.5mAh/g,衰减率仅为1.4%。
【Abstract】 Li Fe PO4/C composites were prepared by a sol-gel method using ferric citrate(C6H5Fe O7) as carbon source, and lithium hydroxide(Li OH) as well as phosphoric acid(H3PO4) as raw material. The effect of different concentrations of C6H5 Fe O7, stirring time, and the order of addition of components on the structure and performance of this material was discussed. The structure, micro-morphology and electrochemical properties of the as-prepared Li Fe PO4/C composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), galvanostatic charge/discharge, cyclic voltammetry(CV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).
