多孔硅酸钙加填轻型纸的生产实践与分析

【摘要】 对高铝粉煤灰基多孔硅酸钙性能进行了分析,并对其在轻型纸中的加填应用进行了生产实践与分析。结果表明,硅酸钙呈多孔状结构,具有白度高、密度低、孔隙率高、磨耗低等特点。与轻钙相比,多孔硅酸钙用于轻型纸加填可明显提高填料留着率,但纸机网部滤水性降低,干燥部汽耗增加,施胶效果降低。硅酸钙填料用于轻型纸生产可以大幅提升轻型纸松厚度和填料含量,有助于改善产品质量,降低生产成本。经济有效地解决硅酸钙加填产生的施胶问题是大规模生产应用的关键。

【Abstract】 Physical properties of porous calcium silicate made from high-alumina fly ash,and its production practice as filler for light basis weight paper were investigated in this paper.The results show that the calcium silicate is characteristic of much porosity,high brightness,low density and low abrasion value.Compared to precipitated calcium carbonate,porous calcium silicate as filler can increase filler retention significantly,while lead to poor draining ability,high steam consumption and poor sizing effect.The bulk and filler content of light basis weight paper increase significantly when porous calcium silicate was used,beneficial to improved quality and cost reduction.The key technology for large scale production is to solve the poor sizing problem of calcium silicate.
