L245NCS/316L双金属复合管焊接接头组织性能分析
Analysis of Microstructure and Properties of Welded Joint of L245NCS/316L Bimetal Pipe
【摘要】 针对油气管道用钢L245NCS/316L双金属复合管对接接头进行了X射线探伤、力学性能试验、微观组织分析及晶间腐蚀倾向测试、失重腐蚀性能测试、抗Cl-应力腐蚀性能测试,对抗Cl-应力腐蚀试样腐蚀产物进行了XRD和SEM分析。结果表明,焊接接头屈服强度为372 MPa,抗拉强度为500 MPa,焊缝平均冲击功值为36.5J,X射线探伤检测为Ⅱ级,各项力学性能指标均合格,焊缝区微观组织主体为针状铁素体+粒状奥氏体+珠光体,抗晶间腐蚀倾向测试与抗Cl-应力腐蚀性能测试均未见裂纹,失重腐蚀测试气相、液相平均腐蚀速率分别为0.0244mm/a、0.0576mm/a,从Cl-应力腐蚀试样的XRD、SEM分析结果可以得出,腐蚀产物膜的主要成分为FeS,呈堆砌状态,是四方晶系晶体。
【Abstract】 X-ray flaw detection,mechanical performance tests,microstructure analysis,corrosion resistance test and XRD,SEM were conducted on the welded joints of L245NCS/316 Lbimetal pipe.The results show that the yield strength is 372 MPa.The tensile strength is 500 MPa.The average impact energy is 36.5J.The result of X-ray flaw detection isⅡlevel.All the mechanical performance indicators are qualified.The microstructure of weld zone is acicular ferrite,granular austenite,pearlite.There is no cracking on the resistance to intergranular corrosion and Clstress corrosion test specimens.The weightlessness corrosion test show that the average corrosion rate of gas phase is0.0244mm/a,liquid phase is 0.0576mm/a.XRD,SEM results indicate that the main components of corrosion product film is stack-type FeS of tetragonal system.
