表面活性剂和亚铁盐对无铵助镀液润湿性的影响

【摘要】 针对批量热浸镀锌传统氯化锌+氯化铵复盐助镀过程的氨氮烟尘污染和助镀液中亚铁盐引起的漏镀、渣量增加等问题,采用钾盐、钠盐、稀土盐,添加三类表面活性剂和不同含量的亚铁盐配制了18种无铵助镀液,测试了不同种类助镀液的表面张力以及助镀液在基体表面的润湿角,分析了表面活性剂和亚铁盐含量对无铵助镀液润湿性能的影响。结果表明:无氨助镀液中不添加表面活性剂和亚铁盐时表面张力为44.3mN/m,添加表面活性剂能一定程度降低助镀液的表面张力,添加FC-3c和FC-3d时的效果优于添加FC09-Ⅱ的效果。三类表面活性剂系列助镀液中随着亚铁盐浓度的增加,助镀液的表面张力呈先显著下降,然后降至20mN/m左右趋于稳定。无铵助镀剂中FC09-Ⅱ和FC-3c表面活性剂对接触角影响不明显,添加FC-3d后接触角由39.366°降至25.51°。FC09-Ⅱ系列和FC-3c系列无铵助镀剂中添加亚铁盐后助镀液的接触角呈下降趋势,之后随着亚铁盐含量的增加接触角数值趋于稳定。FC-3d系列无铵助镀剂中添加亚铁盐时随着亚铁盐含量的增加,接触角呈先下降后上升的趋势,当添加亚铁盐含量为50g/L时助镀液的接触角又变为不添加亚铁盐时的情况。

【Abstract】 For less environmentally friendly ammonia dust pollution and non-coated spots defects of traditional fluxing with ammonium chloride+ zinc chloride in hot dip galvanizing,18 kinds of ammonium-free fluxes based on ZnCl2/Sylvie/sodium salts/RE salts were prepared by adding three kinds of surfactants and ferrous salts.The surface tension and the wetting angle of different series of fluxes were tested,and the influence of the surfactants and the ferrous salts on the wettability in fluxing was analyzed.The results show that the surface tension of ammonium-free fluxes without addition of the surfactants and the ferrous is 44.3mN/m,it decrease with addition of the surfactants,and the decreasing effect of surface tension of FC-3dand FC-3care better than that of C09-Ⅱ.The surface tension of the fluxes with three kinds of surfactants,which decreases with the increase of the content of ferrous salt,then the surface tension value were reduced to 20mN/m or so.The results show that the contact angle of the ammonium-free fluxes containing FC-3dfrom 39.366 degrees to 25.51 degrees,and the effect of FC09-Ⅱ and FC-3csurfactants on contact angle is not obvious.The contact angle of the ammonium-free fluxes containing FC09 or FC-3cdecreasing with the increasing of the content of the ferrous salts,finally,the contact angle of the fluxes is stable with the increase of the content of ferrous salt.The contact angle of the ammonium-free fluxes containing FC-3ddecreased firstly and then increased with the increasing of the content of the ferrous salts,when the content of ferrous salt is 50g/L,it increased to the original value.
