纳米TiO2/SiO2负载棉织物的制备及其光催化降解染料的研究
Preparation of Nano-TiO2/SiO2-loaded Cotton Fabrics and Its Photocatalytic Performance for Dyes Degradation
【摘要】 将纳米TiO2水溶胶和纳米SiO2水溶胶复配制备环境净化整理剂,并通过轧烘焙工艺对棉织物进行后整理得到纳米TiO2/SiO2负载棉织物,然后将其用于不同结构有机染料的光催化降解反应中,重点考察纳米SiO2的添加量对其在不同pH值反应体系中的光催化降解性能以及重复利用性的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO2/SiO2负载棉织物对不同结构的有机染料具有显著的光催化降解性能,能够促进染料分子的共轭体系和芳香环结构的降解反应。纳米SiO2的添加不仅有利于纳米TiO2/SiO2负载棉织物在碱性介质中光催化降解性能的提高,而且也能够改善其重复利用性。
【Abstract】 The environmental care finishing agent was prepared with the nano TiO2 sol and SiO2 sol.Then the agent was loaded on the surface of cotton fabric using pad-dry-cure process to obtain nano TiO2/SiO2 loaded cotton fabrics.The prepared cotton fabric was used as photocatalysts for degradation of dyes with different structures in water.The effect of additive amount of SiO2 on its photocatalytic degradation performance at different pH media and reutilization were examined.The results showed that nano TiO2/SiO2 loaded cotton fabrics presented significant photocatalytic degradation effect for dyes with different structures.It could promote the degradation of the conjugated structures as well as the aromatic parts of the dye molecules.Furthermore,the addition of nano SiO2 was not only beneficial to improve the photocatalytic degradation performance of nano TiO2/SiO2 loaded cotton fabric in alkaline medium,but also contributed to its reutilization.
