【Abstract】 At present,the structural contradiction of university students’ employment is becoming more and more prominent which highlights the importance of cultivating application-oriented talents according to enterprises’ requirements.The cooperation between universities and enterprises is the best way for personnel training,therefore constructing university and enterprise integrated training mechanism;i.e.university and enterprise integrated positioning mechanism,university and enterprise cooperative curriculum system design mechanism,cultivation mode multiple integrated mechanism,university and enterprise cross appointment mechanism,personnel quality evaluation professional mechanism,talent cultivation safeguard mechanism,and exploring its effect and relationship on the cultivation of talents’ applicability,will significantly improve the cultivation of applicationoriented talents and enhance university students’ employment competitiveness.更多还原
