基于PLC控制的步进电动机运行参数选择
Selection of Operational Parameters of Stepper Motor Based on PLC
【摘要】 采用PLC实现步进电动机的控制,通过现场调试确定几大关键运行参数:细分数、动态电流、经过计算而确定的最佳启动频率、优化后的指数曲线等。为步进电动机研究提供了一定的理论基础,具有推广价值。
【Abstract】 PLC is used to control the stepper motor, and several key operating parameters are determined by the field test: subdivision drive, dynamic current, the best starting frequency determined by calculation, the optimized exponential curve, and so on, which provides the basis for the transportation manipulator, obtained great profits.
