基于STM32的数字PI充电控制器设计
Design of STM32-based Digital PI Control Charger
【摘要】 针对太阳能光伏系统对蓄电池的稳定充电问题,本文设计了以STM32F103ZET6单片机为主控核心的充电控制器,采用数字PI控制技术进行电压闭环控制和电流闭环控制,使充电装置实现恒压充电、恒流充电和浮充。论文给出了详细的设计过程,包括主电路设计、电压/电流采集电路设计、驱动电路设计以及控制系统的设计。实验结果表明所设计的充电控制器能够在恒压充电、恒流充电和浮充三种充电方式下稳定充电,验证了设计的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 The paper mainly describes a charger based on single chip microcomputer STM32F103ZET6, which uses digital PI control technology to carry out single closed-loop control strategies. In this method, constant voltage charging and constant current charging becomes true. This paper shows every important parts, which contains the main circuit, control circuit, drive circuit, and control method. In the end of this paper, the results show that this design can work in the normal range when this equipment works on constant voltage charging and constant current charging, So the theory is effective.
