【摘要】 目的优选复方槲皮素乳膏稳定剂。方法针对槲皮素的化学性质及影响乳膏外观性状和稳定性的因素,采用正交设计法,以0.5mol盐酸,乳化剂(十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温-80、单硬脂酸甘油酯),助溶剂作为可变因素进行考察,选用L9(34)表进行试验。结果最佳处方是:0.5mol盐酸2.4%;十二烷基硫酸钠0.4%、吐温-80 0.8%、单硬脂酸甘油酯3%;助溶剂3%。结论正交设计法优选出的复方槲皮素乳膏稳定剂性能良好,所配乳膏pH值适中,外观性状好,性质稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize of the stabilizer of compound quercetin cream.Methods According to the chemical properties of quercetin and factors of affecting the appearance and stability of cream,the orthogonal design method was used to investigate the variables including 0.5mol hydrochloric acid,emulsifier(sodium dodecyl sulfate,twain-80,glycerol monostearate),and cosolvent,and L9(34)was used to conduct the orthogonal design experiment.Results The best prescription consisted of2.4% 0.5mol hydrochloric acid,0.4% Sodium dodecyl sulfate,0.8% twain-80,and 3% glycerol monostearate.ConclusionThe quercetin cream stabilizer optimized by the orthogonal design was good,the PH value was moderate,stable and with good appearance.更多还原
